I wrote this book when I was asked, "Zo, if you were to leave the planet today, what would you want the world, the people, and the planet to see and know?" I wasn't sure at first what to write about but I was gently led to the information in this book. In order to change the experience we are having, individually and collectively, we need to let go of the thoughts and ideas we have developed from our childhoods and find peace and freedom. This is a way to create that for ourselves and the planet.
My next book is in the works, it will be a hardback book with 10 mantras, mandalas and etheric music to assist in letting go of old thoughts and ideas and come into freedom in a systematic easy way.

I use the intuition I have developed over the last 24 years to assist you in accomplishing your goals. Together we can uncover the deep down thoughts that are limiting you. I can assist in identifying items in your energetic field that need to be released, we can call back fragments from traumas experienced, break agreements, rewrite your story, let go of meanings that have been given to people and situations anything else you may be experiencing. Chakra/Energy Balancing
The process of gently removing imbalances and blockages from the bodies energy field (aura). When the energy is balanced the whole body functions more efficiently.
Releasing unwanted negative energy from your energy field
On occasion there is a need to release lower vibrational energy from the aura that is not helping and is sometimes harming and influencing a person to act in ways that are unusual or troubling. I have a technique that gently and easily removes these energies so they cannot return and reattach. I can accomplish this in person or long distance via the phone, Skype, or FaceTime.
